Entry is to be performed by using scrollbar Date can be entered by the keyboard, scroll bar or up- dated automatically. ======================= [Menu-Bar] > File (alt+F) + New (N): Clear memory for a new file. + Open (O): Loads data file. + Save (S): Saves a known data file. + Save As (A): Saves an un- known data file. + Print (P): Prints hard-copy data list. + Exit (X): Exit program.

Active Item will be checked. > Off (O): Removes scroll bar from use. > chg Day (D) > chg Month (M) ====================== [Set Readings] To set Systolic, Diastolic and Pulse readings, use the scroll bar inside the item field window. The reading is the green number to the right of the caption. Moving left on the scroll bar decreases the readings while moving right will increase it. Small change is one and the large change is ten. Keyboard use arrow keys and PgUp/PgDn when active. ====================== [How to Enter Data] This example assumes that readings are made very day, but some times we miss a day > Go to "Blood Pressure Entry Window. > If data file exists, open it. > Set Up-Date, Automatic, Every Day. (alt+U, A, D) > Set Up-Date, Scroll Bar, Chg Day (alt+U, S, D) > If Date of Entry is wrong, enter the correct date with the keyboard, or scrollbar. > {Data Entry Here} > Change Systolic reading > Change Diastolic reading > Change Pulse reading > When readings are correct, click the Ok command button. The data readings will be transfered to the "Records Not Saved" win- dow, and record number is displayed below it. > The date will be updated.
